Benchmark&Validation data

Model scale, and very rarely full scale, tests represent key information for checking numerical prediction tools for intact and damage stability assessment. A lot of data are available in the literature. However such data are often spread around and their collection is often a time-consuming process. This is particularly true for geometrical data of the hull forms, which are seldom published in detail.

Having this in mind, this section is intended as a repository of benchmark & validation data where hull form geometry and experimental / numerical data can be downloaded from.

Of course we are looking forward to receive new data. If you have a set of data you consider could be suitable for being added to the database, and if you want to share them with the community, please contact us.
